Video transcript:

The human being has four intelligences. I will explain these:
The intelligence that most people in the Western world focus on is the Intellectual Intelligence.
IQ, or Intelligence Quotient, is a score derived from standardized tests designed to measure human intelligence. The IQ score is calculated based on an individual's performance relative to others in their age group, with 100 often representing the average score.
IQ tests typically assess a range of cognitive abilities, including:
Problem-solving skills
Logical reasoning
Mathematical ability
And Verbal comprehension..
Another measure of intelligence is EQ, or Emotional Quotient.
This is often referred to as Emotional Intelligence. It is the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and influence your own emotions. And, also the emotions of others. EQ focuses on emotional and social competencies.
"EQ is typically broken down into five key components:
Self-awareness... Recognizing and understanding your own emotions and how they affect your thoughts and behaviour.
"
Self-regulation – The ability to control or redirect disruptive emotions and impulses and to think before acting.
Motivation – Being driven to pursue goals with energy and persistence, often for reasons beyond external rewards.
Empathy – The ability to understand the emotions of others and respond to them appropriately.
Social skills – Proficiency in managing relationships, building networks, and working well with others.
High EQ is associated with better interpersonal relationships, effective leadership, and greater emotional well-being. It is often seen as a critical skill in both personal and professional success, complementing traditional measures of intelligence like IQ.
The third intelligence is your Physical Quotient. This Intelligence refers to your understanding of your own body.
The ability to keep your body healthy. It comprises your understanding of your body’s needs.
For example, Exercise and Nutrition and how you use this knowledge to keep your body healthy.
"It is also your understanding of your Medical Needs. How well you look after your health from a doctor or Health Care Practitioner point of view.
Athletes, dancers, and craftsmen use the movements of their body to be creative.
"
Then there is the Spiritual Quotient or Spiritual Intelligence....
It comprises your Beliefs and your Faith.
It also refers to your connection with the Universe and the World. How you interact with Nature. And what you do to look after the planet.
Mankind has had a long association with spiritual belief. Ancient civilizations developed spiritual frameworks to explain natural phenomena, the origins of life, and the nature of existence.
Many religions believe in the existence of one supreme God.
For example: Judaism is more than three thousand years old.
Christianity, two thousand years.
The Prophet Mohammed lived one thousand four hundred years ago.
And Sikhism formed approximately six hundred years ago.
There were other wise men. For example, The Buddha who lived two thousand six hundred years ago.
Confucius ...
Mahatma Gandhi ...
Nelson Mandela ...
Many spiritual leaders are long gone but they still have an influence on us today
