Reflection is an activity that you already know how to do. This is not something new. Reflection is like looking in a mirror, but instead of looking at your face, you're looking at your thoughts, actions, and feelings. You are reflecting when you think about an event that happened in your past. It's about taking some time to think about what you've done, why you did it. We use reflection a lot in our program. What we would like you to do, is take your existing ability to reflect. And do it in a more structured way. To do your reflection deliberately. To become aware that you are reflecting. To think consciously. The term Conscious Reflection refers to reflection done in this structured way. Bringing a thought or idea from the subconscious into the conscious,
So as to actively review what is going on in the subconscious. We use conscious reflection as part of our training program. We have an activity on our program that is designed for you to look at your emotions. And find new meaning if you can, using conscious reflection.
