Applying the twenty twenty twenty rule. This exercise is simple. Every twenty minutes look up from your computer screen or smartphone. Look around you, twenty meters into the distance. Do this for twenty seconds. This helps reduce eye strain and improves concentration. Useful tips: Set a timer on your phone or computer to remind you to do the exercise.
