One of the objectives of our program is to increase your experience of your own happiness. The question you may ask is: how do you track your progress? The method that we have put in place is for you to take the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire before you engage with the program. You receive a score from the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. After a period of time, usually thirty days, you repeat the Questionnaire to get an up-to-date score and you are able to compare score results. In this way you have quantitative evidence on how this program is working for you.
